Pet care experience
I have previously worked at VSEC animal hospital, volunteered at a number of animal shelters and continue to advocate for many animal rescue groups. I have had my dogs since they were puppies so I am used to all the stages. Also, since I have worked with many rescue groups I am familiar with several dogs breeds and their behaviors. I have 2 dogs both mixed breeds and 2 DSH cats in my home (I'd have more if I had a bigger house). I've always been drawn to animals regardless of size, age, etc. I am that person that will pick up worms on the sidewalk and put them back in the grass.

April recently took overnight, in-home care of my dog, Sona. From the friendly meet-and-greet through her flexibility in adding a second overnight when weather conditions delayed my return date, this experience could not have been better. April was prompt and professional, as well as warm and playful with Sona. Thank you so much, April! Highest recommendations!
April is the best! She helped us out when we were in a bind and walked our baby last minute. Pepper was happy and instantly comfortable with her. Will definitely be using her services again!
