Hi there! I’m an experienced Veterinary Assistant who is extremely passionate about animals, animal care and the study of animal behaviour. I’m a Biology graduate with a Zoology minor from the University of Guelph and have life long experience with a variety of my own pets spanning from reptiles (my leopard gecko, Leonardo) to canines (my Jack Russell terrier, Jackie). As a Lead Veterinary assistant, I was responsible for the wellbeing of the patients, which included: walking, feeding, cleaning and medicating patients when appropriate. As your pet sitter and watcher, I’d bring a great deal of first-hand experience with a variety of animal personalities and temperaments gained not only through my prior employment role, but also my time as a pet sitter, wildlife care attendant and life long pet owner. That being said, I’m confident my adoration for animals paired with my overall experience would make me a great fit for you and your fur-baby. Animals under my care would enjoy lots of belly rubs, energetic walks and runs throughout Toronto’s many park areas, as well as any other activities they may prefer while they await your return. I guarantee I’ll always provide a fun, loving and—most importantly—a safe environment for your beloved pet!
