Hello! I’m April — a proud dog mom and lifelong animal lover! I’m lucky to share my home with six amazing pups ranging in age from 5 months to 11 years. With over a decade of hands-on experience and a heart full of love for dogs of all kinds, I bring confidence, care, and compassion to every pup I meet. Thanks to my supportive husband and older kids, I’m able to dedicate my full attention to the dogs I care for, knowing mine are in great hands at home. I also volunteer with a local rescue group and have fostered over 35 dogs — from tiny breeds to gentle giants — all in my home. I truly love every dog I meet. I’m that person at the party hanging out with the family dog, and yes, I even have a leg sleeve tattoo of my dogs’ paw prints! Most of my wardrobe is dog-themed — being dog-obsessed is simply part of my personality. Your pet isn’t just a guest — they’re family. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend to see if we’re a great match!

April was very helpful and flexible for last minute trip planning. She was also very patient and understanding when I had some miscommunication and then some health issues. I can't thank her enough. Most importantly, she was very attentive to the fur babies and they seemed to like her a lot.
April loves ALL dogs. Her heart strings pull at any dog she sees and just wants to love on them. She works relentlessly with a local dog rescue. She prioritizes and manages her time and efforts around her own family and fur babies.
April did an amazing job! Took fantastic care of our pups and documented everything very well so we could know exactly how everything went! I will definitely be using her from now on!

Availability
I work full-time, Monday through Friday, with hours that vary depending on my meetings. My position is not remote, so I do go into the office during the day. That said, I still have plenty of time to hang out and spend quality time with your pups! When I’m with them, they’re treated just like my own — with lots of love, attention, and care.
