We will not book with April again. I was excited to work with April. She went out of her way to help us out last minute on a holiday weekend. We live about six minutes away and she picked our dog up when the day we were supposed to leave got out of control and we were losing time. She had a very short pick-up window we weren't aware of the day we got home so she dropped him off as well. We were happy while he was there. She texted regularly with updates and sent a few pictures which was nice. Unfortunately, when we got our dog back he appeared to have been neglected. He was clearly in pain when he was dropped off. He had so much feces matted into his bum fur it took almost an hour to remove it via shower and cutting his fur. He had a rash with some bleeding that is still healing, over a week later. He has never had anything happen like this before with us, other sitters or in dog boarding.

April was AMAZING!!! She was extremely flexible and sent tons of photos! I felt very comfortable and knew my pup was in good hands. Would 100% recommend :)
