I’ve been fostering rescue dogs since 2020. I love getting my dog fix. I’ve also facilitated friends and family members adopting some of the pups I’ve fostered. My nearly 19 year old cat passed away in January. It’s the first time in 30 years I’ve been without a dog or cat. That being said I’m available 7 days a week for dog / cat sitting in your home. I do work during the day Tuesday - Friday just north of the Boulder turnpike in Westminster. If you’re in the Westminster / Northglenn area I can leave work during my work days to let your pet out. I have experience with taking care of diabetic dogs and providing insulin shots, pets with strict diet needs, and handicap dogs. I’ve taken care of a 3 legged dog and his kitty sisters for 10 plus days on two occasions the past two years. Their parents had a binder with specific care and feeding instructions and I certainly like following those instructions for their care. Plus I’ve cared for animals with less restrictive diets and schedules and don’t mind that either. Shoot me a message, I’m open to special requests. I do not work Saturday - Mondays and love doing fun hikes / walks with dogs. But I also understand parents that aren’t comfortable with their pups leaving home with a sitter while they’re away.
