I have been walking dogs for 8 years. I have been running for 28 years and I am fit and will make sure your dog gets the exercise and play they need. As the saying goes ‘a tired dog is a happy dog’. I love walking and playing with dogs. I like to be actively engaged with the dog I am walking not surfing on my phone . I have worked with puppies and senior dogs, small dogs and big dogs. I am available Monday to Friday. I believe in using positive reinforcement to encourage good behaviour. I am comfortable walking in any type of weather & I am experienced in putting on all types of booties. Your dog is in good hands with me.

April walked our dog Tetley for several years and he adored her. If I happened to be home and he heard her locking up her bike, he would cry like a baby - so excited to see her. As well, April took good care of our senior dog who can’t participate in long walks anymore or do stairs. April lovingly carried her outside and gave her a midday break. She always checked in each day to let me know how everything went so I knew our dogs were safe and happy!
April is the absolute best pet sitter ever!!! Not only is she energetic, professional and reliable, but she truly cares for the pets she takes care of. She goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable, happy and well exercised. April has cared for our sweet pup, Barkley, on several occasions while we were on vacation and we never worry about him as we know he is well taken care of. I would recommend April to anyone looking for a pet sitter. She is definitely our first choice for our dog.
April has been an amazing dogsitter for our Georgie and us. She is so reliable, and goes the extra mile! She's been great with Georgie - caring and just the right level of firmness and fun. We're so grateful to have found her!
April was an absolutely devoted walker for our (recently passed) senior vizsla. The care and concern she showed through her two years as our walker was sincere and heartfelt, and she certainly went over and above her already high level of service on several occasions. I can't recommend her strongly enough. 5 Stars +!!!
