I’m April and I’m a lifelong dog lover. I’ve had pups as a child and an adult and enjoy spending time with them. They each have a unique and special personality, and it's wonderful to get to know them as individuals. In addition to owning dogs, I am a volunteer for Home for Good Dogs shelter, where I have cared for puppies and senior dogs. This experience has allowed me to extend my dog knowledge and experience and I feel comfortable with many breeds, sizes, and personalities of pups! As a person, I am trustworthy, caring, and reliable. I’ll be sure to take these qualities into my stays with your pup. Treating each dogs as if they are my own, I’ll show them love and attention, as well as keep you up to date with photos and videos! I live in a beautiful, dog-friendly home in Alpine where I’ll be home full-time to care for your pups! I live with my husband and two sons, aged eight and eleven, who love dogs and will be sure to be fun play partners! We live on a dead end street with about a half acre of flat grassy land completely fenced in by a six foot tall fence. Your pup will love to run around, sniff the trees, and chase the chipmunks. In addition to the fun, your pup will also be safe and healthy in my care. As I’m home full time during the day, I can be there to calm anxious dogs, play with energetic pups, and relax with every fur baby in between. No matter what your pup needs, I will be happy to provide my experience and love to their care. When I’m not pet sitting, I love being outdoors, swimming, fishing, skiing, hiking, and horseback riding are some of my favorite activities. I also like to spend time with my family, who will help to love and care for your pup!
