We had a few snags with Anyssa during our booking. It started when it took a few tries to hook up for a meet and greet with our dog. Then during our trip, we had some trouble getting accurate information from Anyssa regarding the dog walks. Being new to the area, I think it was difficult for her to navigate the area and/or the Rover app. The Rover cards did not show the correct route, and sometimes she forgot to turn on/off the app, so it showed the dog walks ending miles away in strange routes. There was also no information on pee or poops, but Anyssa got better at inputting more information towards the end of our trip.

One of, if not the best sitter we have had for our dog. She took great care of her while we were out for an extended period, even given her baths. Most importantly she was very respectful of our new house and kept it clean and tidy throughout her stay. We will definitely use her again and would recommend her to our closest friends.
