Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs of all breeds for the past few years (especially with rescues and fosters with organizations like Family Dog Rescue). Would love to help with your pup if the occasion arises! My partner and I both currently WFH, so there's always someone around! I currently have a mini poodle who gets 3 walks a day & eats 2x a day. He is playful but also understands dog boundaries; he's been a huge help with getting our other foster pups quickly acquainted. I have a large fenced yard to let pups out for a safe mid-day romp & live near a few parks for fun walking destinations. We practice training with our dog every day and happy to work with yours too if you have anything you'd like to work on in the home (like place, wait, etc).

Antonia was an excellent sitter for our dog. She took her in at the last minute, and was very diligent about keeping us posted throughout the day with updates and photos, which is so appreciated. Her experience with dogs was also evident in the kind of questions she asked to ensure she had good info to take care of our dog. Would not hesitate to leave my dog with her again.

We treat all pets as if they're our own! Please let us know ahead of time if there are any behaviors, triggers (i.e. big dogs, loud sounds, skateboards), or allergies. We're happy to follow your rules in our home or yours (no couch, crate (or not!), etc. Outside of a trusted, fenced environment – your dog will always be safely leashed and with us at all times.

I'm happy to help administer any oral medication with wet food or pill pockets. Would also like to understand their eating times/amount of times they need to go out/general schedule, etc :)

I live near a lot of parks that are either a quick or long walk away. On the weekends, we'd likely go on long walks in Central Park.

Availability
I currently work remote and share my home with a partner who also works remote. We have fairly routine schedules with our pup where we have an early morning walk (~8-9AM), breakfast, midday backyard play throughout the day, an after work walk (~5-6PM), and then dinner.
