Pet care experience
I have had newfoundland dogs since 2004. Guinness, nearly two years old female is our third one. We have always enjoyed water rescue training and lots of hikes with our dogs. Being part of different water rescue training groups in the UK and in Italy, I have come across hundred of newfies. We have had two together for some time. I would look after your dog as if they were mine. Plus Guinnes is very happy to have friends to spend her time with. Our compound has two dog parks, one with astroturf and one with grass, literally on our door steps.

I have known Antonella for a little over a year and a half now, as frequent visitors of the same dog parks and as a friend. I would absolutely rely on Antonella to care for my pup as she is very kind to animals, attentive to their needs, and takes responsibility for her own dog appropriately. Her own pup is well behaved and a very friendly, fun-loving girl and it's clear that this is due to how good Antonella is with her and how much effort she puts into raising her to be a great dog.
Antonella is very friendly and reliable. My boxer loves walks with her and her newfoundland dog. She always comes home exhausted. Great communication. Highly recommended.
I’ve known Antonella for a long period of time during my days training Newfoundlands and Labradors for water rescue operations. She is extremely caring and considerate of dogs’ needs. She handles with no problems dogs with different characters and sizes. If I needed someone to look after my dogs, I wouldn’t esitate to contact her.
Antonella is an extremely diligent and attentive dog sitter and walker. My dogs absolutely love her. She keeps me informed of her movements, always has a smile on her face and you can see that she genuinely enjoys caring for dogs!

My dog has a large crate (she hates it because on the flights from Italy to here she stayed in the crate 32 hours an that is unacceptable) and a large pet sofa. I have available toys and salmon treats but I am careful to follow the owner’s recommendations about dietary requirements. I have room for the dog’s own crate if necessary or the dog can borrow Guinness's as she doesn't use it at all. I am available to administer medications. I would like to know the dog’s background to prevent problems of any sort arising and to accommodate the dog’s habits.

I need as much information as possible about your dog. They are all different with their preferences and routines and it is important they feel safe and happy even if away from their family. Please let me know how your dog reacts to other dogs or animals they may encounter or of any fears that could create an odd behaviour. Please let me know how you deal with those situations.
A typical day
I can take them out for walks and if they are ok with other dogs they can play at one of the dog parks we have on our complex. I have toys and I can hide some treats for them to find. I am willing to follow the owner's suggestions, too.
