Pet care experience
I've always been an animal person. I had pets all through childhood and was always the kid on call to walk all the neighbors dogs. In my adult life, I've adopted several pets, most of which came from tough situations so I've learned how to take care of even the most difficult animals.

This was our second time having Anthony watch our cat and dog, and he had surpassed expectations again! I am a pretty anxious person when leaving my pets but know I have nothing to worry about when he is house sitting. He is attentive, responsive, and you can tell he truly loves animals. I will always hire Anthony when available!
Anthony is a gem! He goes above and beyond to care for our pup (who loves him). We enjoy the updates/ pictures he sends on their walks and appreciate the work Anthony has put in to help our oup mind her manners 🐶😜
Anthony has been walking my dog regularly for about 4 weeks & I am soo happy I found him! I really feel he goes above and beyond, sometimes even spending extra time with my dog. I spend soo much time away from home because of work and I appreciate Anthony's reliability!

I know that every animal is unique and has different needs. I am certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, and I always have a fully stocked First Aid kit with me. I will go above and beyond to really get to know your pet, and will follow your instructions fully while giving your pet as enriching of an experience as possible!

I always ask about what your pet likes, what, if anything, they're afraid of or sensitive to, any dietary preferences or restrictions, and any training or behavioral goals you are working on with them. To accommodate flexibility for all my clients and to account for how unpredictable pets can be, I ask that you have a +/- 30 minute window of flexibility in the scheduled start time of the visit. If this is an issue let me know and I'll do my absolute best to accommodate your pet's needs! My goal is to make your pet's experience as enriching as possible!
A typical day
Every animal is different, and I'm prepared to adjust accordingly. I love getting dogs out on trails in the woods because it's a very enriching activity for them, but I'm just as happy going slow on familiar territory with an older dog. I come equipped with a very complete dog walking kit that keeps me prepared to provide enrichment, safety, and fun in any circumstance.

Availability
Pet care is my passion and full time employment! I have tremendous flexibility in my schedule. I've chosen this specifically so I'm able to be home with my 8 year old pit mix, Rosie, but it has the added benefit of giving me the availability to take care of all sorts of great animals on Rover!
