I occasionally take care of 1 lab and 1 rescue for friends. I have a Fear Free Certificate & I volunteer walking dogs in Ann arbor.

I just started using Anthony for walks! He’s punctual and gives good daily reports. He’s also thoughtful enough to ask if I had a rain poncho for my pup! He’s great and I hope to have him walking my fur baby for a long while.
Anthony is a fantastic pet sitter and I would highly recommend his services. He's come through for us on a large number of occasions and our doggo is always excited to see him. He even had fun teaching our dog some new tricks! Thanks for all your help Anthony :)

It all starts in our first conversation: I want to understand your pet needs (and your needs), then we can set a Meet and Greet to see if your dog thinks I am a compatible walker/sitter for them. I will be assessing any behaviors that I may find odd or important to address with the dog parent and ensure I have the tools to address them.

Please let me know if your dog cannot interact with other dogs, cats, if it needs hypoallergenic treats only or if it has allergies to particular items. If it bites its leash as well. Anything that seems important to make sure the experience is enjoyable for both.
A typical day
Depends on the dog. I would walk them as needed. If major exercise is required, then we can set something prior to our meeting based on its needs

I'm currently on the lookout for a full time job, so I have some time on my hands to do rover. As of 5/21: I am usually open in the morning for early walks and middle of the day. We can discuss further.
