Hi! I'm am a grad student studying developmental psychology. I'll be done with my PhD at the end of 2021. I love our furr family! I've had cats and dogs my whole life. For 2 years I fostered dogs when I lived in Long Island. I'm a Buddhist - meaning I'm a strict vegetarian who values all living beings.

I've known Anthony C for the better part of 10 years now, and I can honestly say that there is no one more loving, responsible and capable of taking the best care of your faithful companion! Anthony has always been there when I needed him to care for Camp (my favorite, snuggly Beagle baby!) His love for all animals and the great outdoors makes him the perfect friend for my loving pet, and his flexible and reliable nature makes him the perfect addition to my Team Camp family. I know that when I am away, I don't have to worry about what to do with my dog, Anthony will always be there and Camp will ALWAYS be happy to see him! (Plus he's just a great guy. Funny and smart too!)
Anthony is one of the most kind hearted, loving, responsible, and dependable individuals I know. I own a cat rescue and adoption platform Cat Café and Anthony was always one of the first people to step up whenever I had a pet in need. It didn’t matter if it was a financial need, help with supplies, or any other kind of support, he was always there. I would always recommend Anthony in a heartbeat to care for someone’s pets and home. He’s a wonderful man.
I have known Anthony for many years. He is a kind and generous person in general. I have had him take care of my dog Diesel on multiple occasions. He is a trustworthy individual, and great with pets. When he visits my house, Diesel knows to sit next to him, because Anthony will pet him and give him attention non-stop!

While in grad school I'm living with my father. He has an acre, backed by woods at the end of a quiet cul da sac in Fairfield. We have a large basement apartment with a bed and couches all of which are open to your dog (or cat!) We don't have a fence, but we have a long lead that can give your dog the benefit of a big backyard. When I am boarding dogs overnight my dog can stay with us or can go to my mother across town. Olaf, my dog, is friendly and interacts with most dogs incredibly well, but I always defer to your preference. Olaf loves visiting his Grandma for a night! I don't board two guest dogs simultaneously.

I believe it is important to keep a dog's routine even when an owner is away. I appreciate detailed instructions that will keep your dog happy and healthy. I love snapping pictures and would like to know your preferred method of communication and frequency. The bigger the dog the better!
A typical day
I love the outdoors (rain or shine!) Whether your pup likes long walks or hikes, I'm excited to be outside together. Got a high energy dog? I'm a runner and my first dog was a shepherd-collie mix, we would do 5 miles a day together! Fetch and light training to reinforce good behaviors are always a joy.

Availability
As a full time grad student who works part time remotely, I'm am available 24/7. My research is almost exclusively conducted remotely so I'm available for everything from popping in to overnight stays at my house or yours. Available on short notice!
