I took care of my Yorkshire Terrier since he was two months old (Nov 2004) until he was 16 years old. He liked running everyday and was a very hyper active doggy. I also adopted a Pekingese and a cat when they were 2 years old and now are 8 years old. The human-animal bond is pure and special so I treat my all my pets like my own family. - Services offering: Doggie daycare, overnight boarding, pick-up & drop-off, dog walking, Operates on weekends and holidays by appointments. - The regular drop-off and pick-up times: 8 am to 7 pm. Can be flexible with your schedule if arranged in advance. - Dog daycare rate is for up to 9 hours and overnight boarding rate is for up to 24 hours between scheduled drop-off and pick-up time. ______________________________________ Waiver and Release - deemed as agreed when you confirm your booking: "I hereby declare that I am the legal owner of my dog and that my dog has not been exposed to rabies, distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza or any other contagious disease within the past thirty (30) days and that my dog has been up-to-date vaccinated. (Please provide proof of current vaccinations for our records) My dog’s boarding is not without risk. It is in a home care practice not necessary with 24 hours human watching. I authorize Anny’s Dog Services to do whatever they deem necessary for the safety, health, and well-being of my dog while under the care of Anny’s Dog Services including seeking professional treatment for my dog. (Every effort will be made to provide a safe environment for your dog. If your dog requires medical attention, we will contact you immediately and make arrangements with you as to where to take your dog. If we cannot reach you, we will transport your dog to the Emergency Animal Clinic). I am solely responsible for any damage or injury incurred while my dog is boarded, including payment of costs of injury to caregiver, other clients, and other animals or damage to facilities caused by my dog. I waive any and all claims, actions, or demands of any nature, foreseen or unforeseen, that I may have against Anny’s Dog Services relating to the care, control, health, and/or safety of my dog arising during the pick-up, transportation, drop-off and stay at the facilities. I understand my dog’s acceptance into boarding is discretionary and that Anny’s Dog Services has the right to refuse service to me and/or my dog at any time for any reason. I understand that if my dog has a history of or repeatedly demonstrates aggression or biting humans or animals, Anny’s Dog Services reserves the right to refuse service. I, upon booking confirmation, agree to the above, accept full responsibility for the acts of my dog while being boarded and release Anny’s Dog Services and its caregivers of all claims of liability. I acknowledge that I have carefully read all of the above, including this Waiver and Release, understand its contents, and understand that this agreement includes an assumption of the risk of Anny’s Dog Services' negligence and liability. I acknowledge that Anny’s Dog Services is materially relying on this waiver and is allowing my dog(s) to engage in play with other dogs in the daycare and boarding, and the facility during their stay in Anny’s Dog Services boarding facility.
