To whom ever this concerns I have known Annika A. for about 10 years now. I met Annika when she cared for my neighbor’s two dogs while they went on vacation, they loved and highly recommended her. The first time she took care of my dog was awhile back now when I decided to give her a chance. I have been deeply bewildered on how amazing she is. I have a dog named Macho that has a medical condition called gastroenteritis requiring a special diet with meals provided 4 times per day (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner). I consider myself very lucky to have met Annika, while she took extremely great care of Macho. She has now seen Macho through difficult times of treatment for chronic disease and is very knowledgeable and extremely caring. As macho is also very allergic to bees and she has had to care for him before. She cares about Macho and not only engages with him and plays with him but also has amazing judgement to know when there might be a situation that would require veterinary care while I am away as my dog is very medically challenged. Annika has been taking excellent care of Macho for a number of years now, and I enthusiastically recommend her pet sitting services. Leaving town may be very stressful and concerning not knowing who’s gonna take care of your animals but I am always comfortable that my pup is in fantastic hands when Annika is sitting. I can tell she genuinely enjoys taking care of animals and feels deeply responsible for his well being. Beyond feeding and cleaning up after my pup, she is amused by sitting and playing with him. I appreciate that Annika has gotten to know him and, importantly, he knows and respond great to her. When she comes to the door Macho jumps and spins in circles knowing who is there. She also is very responsive when I check in during a trip or at work. I am always certain that I can reach her. She stays in contact in various ways, including phone, text, email, and on FB. Finally, Annika very reliable and also flexible. Every household and every pet is unique. Annika adapts her caregiving to accommodate those differences, while she is always very quick on the job as she adjusts to any challenge or situation in need with out hesitation. Macho just adores Annika and her affection for him is eagerly returned. Machos needs and wants are always an important priority for Annika. Thanks to her I can travel with complete peace of mind knowing that my little guy will be loved and cared for while I am away
