Most of my experience in dogsitting comes from taking care of dogs from family friends. I had always wanted a dog growing up (unfortunately that did not happen), and so I lived out that dream vicariously through dogsitting. I was in middle school the first time I dog sat. Since then, I've helped take care of other family friends' dogs of all shapes and sizes. My typical duties included hanging out with them, walking them, feeding them, and taking them outside to use the bathroom.
