Pet care experience
As some background, I'm a former attorney who luckily works regular hours, so I decided that Rover would be a great way to meet and care for all the wonderful dogs of the neighborhoods after work and during the weekend. (I am obsessed with dogs and can't wait to get my own, but unfortunately I can't have one in my current apartment.) I am diligent, affectionate, prompt, and kind, and I've never met a dog -- or cat! -- that I didn't love. I'm available weekday evenings to go on walks or to visit a dog at home for some playtime and exercise. If your dog has any preferences, such as playing catch until tuckered out or receiving infinite belly scratches, I am happy to abide. Having recently moved to Chicago from NYC, I now have much more flexibility to take care of pets, in case you were wondering why my last reviews are a few years old! Can't wait to meet you and your pet(s)!

I am comfortable with all dogs, big or small or in between! Please let me know: (1) how your dog behaves around other dogs, so I can be sure to make sure he/she is always in a comfortable environment and feeling safe; (2) their energy level so I can make sure they get the right amount of exercise into their routine; and (3) any other wants or needs to make sure your dog has a fun and rewarding time with me!
A typical day
I am more than happy to bring dogs to a dog park or on long strolls throughout the city. When the weather is warm, I think the many parks of Chicago would be lovely for a doggy stroll.
