Pet care experience
I've always loved dogs and while I wish I could have a dog of my own now, it's not the right time with me. Though I was never able to own one growing up, I helped care for neighbors and family members' dogs whenever I could. In high school, I began dog-sitting for neighbors when they went out of town. In college, I began volunteering with a rescue to walk the dogs they had there. Later when I got my own place, I began fostering dogs through a rescue local to me, where I got experience caring for puppies, senior dogs, and all ages in between. I have experience with caring for puppies in the process of house training and crate training, as well as experience administering oral medications and eye drops for senior dogs.

Annie was wonderful. I came home and niko was relaxed and chill.
Annie looked after our dog and cat while we were out of town for the weekend. Annie attended a meet and greet the week before and really impressed us by immediately bonding with our senior pup and making sure she had all the info she needed for a successful stay. Annie sent regular photos and updates and left the place spotless. I felt very comfortable knowing that Annie was looking after our pets. She was friendly, punctual, and dependable; we've already booked her for another stay!
Annie did awesome! Always giving us updates on our pups and we felt great knowing they where being cared for.
Annie was great to care for Odin who was nervous about the world. Since it's just 4 months after adoption, he's still unsure of his environment. However, I freely enjoyed my vacation while seeing the happy face of Odin that Annie sent every day.

I have experience dog and cat sitting in someone else's home and understand the importance of building trust to ensure that it is a safe situation for everyone (including your pets), and I take the time to consider all safety concerns when I enter a new environment. I also have experience will boarding dogs in my apartment, and do my best to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible. I have plenty of space for them to play indoors, as well as an outdoor dog park at my complex and plenty of routes to take them on neighborhood walks!
