About Annie Hello!! My Name is Annie and I have lived a life full of super diverse experiences so far, with some of the constants being that I absolutely LOVE meeting new people and making new friends, interacting with animals of all types, traveling, yoga, meditation, music, gardening, homesteading, surfing, writing, hiking, eating health foods, and living in an authentic and honest way. I graduated University in Psychology, was married and divorced in my mid twenties, sold real estate and worked in title and mortgage loan offices, cocktail waitressed in Vegas, raised a heard of baby goats, lived off grid in the jungles of costa rica, managed green houses in California for many years, started a yoga retreat center in Bali, and am now about to take an electrology course online to start my own business. I’m looking for a place to rent for May/June and it occurred to me that maybe there could be a good house sitting match on rover for pet sitting trade. I love adventure and change as much as connecting deeply and authentically with everyone that crosses my path. I'm a seeker of truth and integrity is one of my defining characteristics. I love the city and the connection that comes with groups of people, but I thrive in solitude in nature with animals as well. I lived alone in a beautiful mountain house in a national forest outside of Vegas for nearly two years with my cats and husky. We enjoyed daily hikes, bonded deeply; and this experience in solitude grew me leaps and bounds. Why I want to house sit At the moment my life offers windows of time and freedom of location. I have found petsitting for my friends and family so enjoyable and a wonderful opportunity to create connections with other fur babies and offer a trade of love and quality time. My experience I've house/baby/pet-sat for many people in my life. I'm trustworthy, honest, and loving by nature. I am extremely organized and responsible, and have seen these characteristics in full effect in my professional experiences managing large groups of people. I enjoy a calm existence, just really needing a safe, comfortable, and quiet space for my yoga/meditation/study and daily walks. I'm a sensitive empath and have been an animal lover my entire life. My dad is the same way and I picked it up from him. We've had so many types of animals since I was little including a horse, chickens, turkeys, ducks, pigs, raccoons, rabbits, a fox, hedgehogs, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, dogs, cats, lizards, turtles, caterpillars, snakes, fish, ferrets, birds, and goats. I love all animals and no matter what kind of gathering I'm at, I'll always be the girl kissing on the pup in the corner while everyone else is talking lol..
