I am an animal lover with working experience in: the kennel/boarding, doggy daycare industry, dog training, horse training & animal foster care industries. I am currently working towards a dog training certification while working as a foster for a local cat rescue facility. I utilize positive reinforcement for all animals in my care.

For cats staying overnight, they are provided with a bedroom of their own with a window overlooking our backyard garden and bird feeder. There is also a television to play soothing music or kitty tv to help provide enrichment. The cat will not come into contact with any other pets in my home. I am comfortable and have experience with reactive/high energy dogs. Dogs who are slow to trust new people, dogs who do not get along with other dogs, and dogs with high reactivity are not an issue for me - let’s meet and establish a connection before you go away to ensure your pet’s comfortability with me!

A typical day
It is important to me that I stimulate your pet mentally and physically while walking or playing. For dogs, I play games for enjoyment & focus, as well as provide plenty of time to sniff and enjoy their surroundings! For kitties staying with me that means plenty of enrichment activities including cat-safe grass, bird watching, and toys.

Availability
I cannot currently accept dog boarding clients into my home, but am happy to stay with your pet at your residence instead. I work remotely and so am available and on-site with your pet all day and night during your time away.
