Great experience.

My dog stayed with Annie over Thanksgiving last year, and unfortunately we had a very poor experience. I am writing this review now because, at the time, I was told that she would no longer be allowed to care for dogs through the Rover service. I am very disappointed to see that my experience was not taken more seriously. My dog is a rescue and suffers from separation anxiety, so I was hoping to use a 1-on-1 boarder to keep her safe and relaxed. Annie told me that my dog would be with her at work and at all times. This was not the case; the first call I received after de-boarding my plane (only a few hours after our drop off time) was from animal control informing me that my dog had been picked up wandering down Aurora. Annie was unaware that my dog had escaped because she did not bring her to work like discussed. She had left my dog alone & unattended for a full work day in her back yard. After this stressful situation, I didn't use Rover for a full year. Thankfully I have found reliable care takers for my pup, and maybe Annie learned a valuable lesson from our experience- however, I would not recommend her services.
