Pet care experience
Hi! I just graduated from Aurora University with a biology, pre-vet degree. I have worked for Kane county animal shelter where my job was to take care of the animals throughout the day. I now work for Forreston vet clinic as a vet assistant. I have had experience house sitting and caring for pets for many years. Before coming to college I worked at a vet and boarding facility. I am very flexible with hours. I am a proud owner of two dogs that I love very much, I understand how important your pets needs are to you and I will care for them like they were my own. I love taking care of animals and can’t wait to meet yours😊

Anni was superb! I never had to worry about Sadie. She sent pictures regularly, and upon returning home, the house looked the same as when I left. Sadie seemed well cared for and happy. It was reassuring knowing she was in good hands. I will request Anni again.
Anni was a great sitter. She sent updates and ensured my pup was well taken care of while we were gone. We would use her again.

If boarding a dog is an option I do have a pet friendly home, as well as two dog friendly dogs of my home. I will make sure they are well taken care of and get the exercise that is necessary while also being safe.

I think knowing if your dog has any health issues or special requirements is very important. Also your dogs personality, how he/she interacts with new people, anything special about them.
A typical day
I love taking dogs for walks/runs as much as possible. I love taking dogs I watch to the park to give to make sure their stay with me is special so we can create a special bond. I want to make a atmosphere they are comfortable in but also make it something different than what they are used to so they can look at the situation as a good one.

Availability
I do work part time so I will make sure your pet gets their morning needs and at least a couple visits during the day and time at night as well. I will make sure your pet gets as much attention as possible.
