I am a 22-year-old student at UVIC with a life time of experience caring for canines. I grew up on a hobby farm in Northern BC, where I learned from a young age the responsibility, attention, and time it takes to care for our furry friends. I am responsible, reliable, and flexible for any specific needs your pup(s) may have. I am open to one-time care while you are vacationing, but I am also open to taking on new regular customers in which we can create a long-lasting partnership for caring for your dog. When I am not dedicated to my studies, you’ll find me spending my free-time in the outdoors. I love biking, hiking, climbing, running, and even the occasional winter swim. I love taking dogs with me wherever they feel most comfortable and we can both get in some fun exercise for the day. Looking forward to connecting with you and your pups! Anni helped out with our pups while we were away and we were super happy to have her. She’s friendly, responsible, and responsive. We will happily have her look after our doggies another time.
Anni looked after our energetic husky cross in our house for a week. After our meet and greet I felt very comfortable leaving Loki with her! She always responded quickly to my messages and I appreciated getting updates and pics of Loki while away, I would definitely recommend Anni to look after your dog!
Duke and Clark were well looked after. Anni was great from the start, very pleasant to deal with and very patient with Duke. She was prompt, courteous and kept me updated over the weekend. I hope to have her come back soon.

I provide constant supervision and only take dogs outdoors on-leash. I make sure to interact with the pups and provide both physical and mental stimulation throughout the day. As each dog differs in personality, so does their care, and I am willing to accommodate any special requirements.

A typical day
For overnight stays, I provide meals at the given schedule and commit to taking the pup outside regularly for pee breaks and stimulation throughout the day. On weekends, I include a daily hike, longer walk, or play time, usually around 2 hours. I also guarantee continuous updates and pictures while you are away so you don’t feel disconnected!
