I had dogs all my life. I am a pet parent not a pet owner. They are part of the family. I have recently had experiences with disabilities. I lived with 4 dachshunds and 2 had back surgery. One had used a wheelchair. We had to pressed bladder to urinate. Also learned how to do physical therapy with them. My mom had a rottweiler who was also in a wheelchair. His rottweiler name was Boo Tee , he had lots of problems being a pure breed. He had to take meds for skin condition, and diabetes which he got shots for 2 times a day. I help her with him. I am a relaxed kind of pet parent, letting babies sit on the sofa, sleep on the bed. I also make homemade dog treats with my kids. I have a 11 year old boy and a 7 year old girl who both spoils my mom's dog, snow. If there is any questions , I will be more than happy to answer any of them.
