I have taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was 8 years old! I have lived with cats and dogs, but I have always been involved with all types of animals. I have experience in dog sitting/walking, cat sitting, and dog training. I love to take dogs to different locations for walks such as hikes and going to near by walking paths. I was involved in 4H until high school where I was in Crazy for Canines with my own dog where we would participate in agility, rally, and obedience events. I have always loved animals my whole life, but I cannot afford having one of my own at this time in my life. I would love to spend time with your animals and help make your life easier through watching your pets!

We were coming to Roanoke for the night and needed a last minute dog sitter. Annemarie was able to not only watch Cooper, but also make him so comfortable at her place. She gave him the meds he needed & sent some great pictures. Highly recommend!
Annemarie took wonderful care of our two dogs when we went away for three nights. She sent pictures and gave updates that really put me at ease allowing me to enjoy myself. I will definitely ask her to keep them again.
We had a great experience with Annemarie. She took great care of our elderly dog and energetic puppy. We appreciated the regular texts and updates and were able to enjoy our time away knowing our dogs were well taken care of.

I live in a house in Franklin Farm with my parents! We have a fenced in back yard and we have so many walking trails around our neighborhood! I would love to take your dog to local trails if that is okay with you and maybe take them to Starbucks for a pup cup!

Availability
I just graduated my masters program from VA Tech in mental health counseling! I am hoping to watch as many dogs as I can before my job starts in the fall! I have a car and am more than willing to drive to homes within the area. I will be at home for most days and would be more than happy to keep your animals here when I am home. I am super flexible with my schedule and I am more than willing to have long term animals stay with me!
