Pet care experience
Experienced petsitter who is confident and comfortable with dogs of all sizes, including giant breeds like wolfhounds. I don't have pets of my own at this time, so I'm excited to meet yours! I use only positive training methods to keep your pet safe and happy. AVAILABILITY: I am only available for weekend boarding and walks right now. I would especially love to take your high-energy pup for a long walk every weekend. If I've watched your pup in the past, please reach out; I may be able to accommodate you and your pup (and I love seeing old friends!).

I probably won't love your dog as much as you do... But I will certainly try. I only watch one dog at a time, so I can absolutely spoil them. I will keep in regular contact with you so you can feel confident about your pet's safety. I aim to send one picture and update within 4 hours of your pet's arrival, so you can see how they're settling in, followed by one to two updates per day of their stay. If you would like a different schedule, we can choose one that you are comfortable with. I do not use any negative reinforcement or punishment (like spray bottles, unpleasant noises, or shock collars) on any animal in my home under any circumstances, even if you use those methods with your pet.

Please share with me any info about your pet's behavior, training, diet, or medication. I'm usually able to accommodate a dog that shows aggression towards other dogs, other pets, or children; please let me know about any behavior concerns before the stay, so I can ensure your pet is safe and happy. I am not able to accommodate dogs who show aggression towards adults.
A typical day
I love going on long walks, teaching and practicing basic tricks and obedience commands, and visiting the lake. If it's okay with you, I will definitely buy your dog's love with salmon, chicken or other high-value treats! Your pet will go outside at least three times per day. On your pet's first stay with me, I will not leave them alone; on repeat stays, I may run errands for up to three hours at a time. They will absolutely lay on my bed and watch TV with me.

Availability
Pet sitting is a core part of my business. I have availability for weekend getaways, when I can spoil your pet with lots of play, walks, and snuggles. I live in a pet-friendly apartment, and love to use visiting doggos as an excuse to go to the lake or for a long walk.
