Anneliese was amazing! Sent photo updates every day, babies loved her! Will definitely book her again ???

During Thanksgiving 2021, we had a wedding to attend. That meant leaving our "son," Kiko for the first time. We decided to try and find someone who would be willing to live in our house to take care of him for the week since going to a kennel would stress him out too much. Fortunately, we found Anneliese. Kiko is a rescue dog with a mix of German Shepherd, Chow and Shar-Pei - so he's very protective. Anneliese is very calm, and she disarmed him from the first meeting. He was barking like a lunatic as she approached the front door. She just calmly got down on his level and waited for him to approach and sniff her hand. We knew we had a match. During the week, she sent photos and gave us reports daily. We could tell Kiko was was feeling more and more comfortable because of little things she'd mention, like when he joined her on her bed. Maybe the most telling thing was the first full day after we returned. While on a walk, someone approached from down the block. Kiko froze, stared, then slowly started wagging his tail. As this person got closer, he started pulling the leash toward her. It took me a moment to realize that, to a dog, the person approaching resembled Anneliese. He was genuinely excited about seeing her. That pretty much told me all I needed. Anneliese is amazing with dogs, and if you're lucky enough to be able to schedule her, you and your dog will be very glad you did. She always will be my first call in the future.
