Hi there! My name is Anne, I live in a one-bedroom apartment in Minneapolis and work full-time as a public relations professional for a large health care organization. I am lucky to have a job that allows me to spend time both in the office and working from the comfort of my home. This perk is greatly appreciated by the dogs that stay with me, as well as my 4-year-old cat named Jase who grew up around countless foster dogs and plays well with others (he particularly likes to cuddle with mellow dogs who enjoy a good nap). Prior to living in my apartment, my family and I fostered dogs for the last 7-8 years. We worked with particularly the particularly spunky breed, Springer Spaniels, and have taken care of more pups than I can count on my hands. Each has been different and I have missed the opportunity to work with and get to know new dogs over the past year since moving. Our foster dogs have varied in temperament, which as allowed me the opportunity to really learn best practices when it comes to reading pets body language and helping them ease into new living situations. I would love to get a dog myself someday, but am waiting until I've got a bigger place with a yard. Until then, I'll have to stick to dog-sitting and I'd be happy to take care of your little pooch and treat them like family while you're away. Once the stay begins, I have made custom tags that have my contact information on them and will attach one to your dogs ID tag. I am also happy to share photo updates of your pup regularly--because who doesn't love cute dog photos?
