Experienced dog foster mom
Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of fosters of various ages and needs, including seniors with medical needs and puppies with separation anxiety. I love teaching new tricks and providing enrichment activities to keep dogs active during the day. I have experience with administering oral medication, crate training, and house training. I’d be honored to have the opportunity to take care of your fur baby!

The best dog walker in DC!!
The very best!!
Anne is wonderful! So easy to work with, always takes clover for great walks and is communicative and kind. So glad to have her as our 2x/week dog walker.
Anne is amazingly responsible and reliable. Caesar loves his time with her. I highly recommend her.

I live in a 1-bedroom apartment in a dog-friendly complex. My boyfriend lives with me and loves dogs just as much as I do. We’ve joint-fostered a lot of dogs and he’s always available to help provide additional belly rubs and attention during the day. Your pet’s comfort is top priority, so we can easily accommodate crates, extra blankets, etc. I recently moved to NoMa from Pentagon City and am building a new client base in the city while also still servicing the Arlington area.

Information Anne L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog reacts to other dogs. I’ve had experience handling reactive dogs, but would like to know in advance of walks and to accommodate for boarding or daycare.
A typical day
I like to make your dog’s nose work! During walks I let dogs sniff around to stimulate them mentally and tire them out more. I like to give them enrichment activities (e.g. treats wrapped in a towel) during boarding and daycare. I’m also more than happy to practice tricks and try to teach a new trick!

Availability
I’m currently looking for a job, so I’m available basically at all times to give your pet extra love and attention. If your pet needs extra trips outside or longer walks, that can easily be accommodated. I also like to be outdoors during the weekend and would be happy to bring your pet along if you’re comfortable with that.
