Pet care experience
Been taking care of all types of animals since I was in high school. I helped on a dairy milking cows, to having a pot bellie pig for 4-H... I have raised 2 labs for 10 yrs and recently this past year been training my 1 yo Border Collie Snickers. I have attended many obedience classes through Top Notch, countless hours of trick training, and love learning something new. My border collie is my rock, we are an inseparable team! I believe every animal should be treated with respect, patience and love. I’m willing to give my 100% in taking care of your fur baby get the love and affection he needs to make you feel at ease. I will also send you pictures and updates throughout the day, a report card of how your fur baby is doing.

When I walk the dogs in the neighborhood.. I usually walk on the street but close to the sidewalk. I have a 6ft leash and constantly watching my surroundings and any approaching dogs. If see a dog in view we turn and go another direction. I always let the owners know how the animals did on their walks.

How the dog behaves on a walk? Do they have a certain method? What are their commands? Do they walk with a halter, gentle leader, etc?My only downfall is I can’t walk a dog dragging me down the block. I don’t believe introducing them to people or other dogs while on walks especially since I am not the owner.
A typical day
Usually enjoy walking the dogs around the neighborhood, I love playing fetch, soccer or teach them a few commands or tricks. But most importantly is giving them attention and snuggles!

Availability
My husband and I just moved to Russell, KS and currently renovating a 98 yo farm house. I’m available anytime of day Sunday-Saturday. There maybe a weekend in a month that I spend taking care of my grandparents but for the most part I’m flexible.
