Pet care experience
A school counselor by day, I spend most waking hours with kiddos. In my time off, I'd like to care for kids of the 4 legged variety. Over the years, I've helped care for 2 cats and 6 dogs as family pets. My goal is to care for your pets as if they're my own. I pay careful attention to detail and will carry out the needs of your pet just as you've communicated them to me. I have a heart for cats and would love to care for yours. Doggos and puppers are a joy! During the school year, I am available after work and on the weekends. During the summer, I have much more time to spend those dog days with your furbabies.

This was our first time using someone not personally know to us to take care of our 5 year old golden retriever. Anne was fantastic. We felt comfortable with her as soon as we met her for a "meet and greet". Having references from Rover also helped put our minds at ease. Anne stayed with Bogart for a week at our house. She sent daily updates on a daily basis along that included a picture of Bogart. When we returned, the house was in the same condition we left it in.
Anna was great. She stayed in our home for 12 days while we were on vacation. She let us know whoa was on with Misty everyday and sent us pictures. Misty. Doesn’t we us to be away from her, but was very comfortable with Anna. When Anna had a concern after Misty was stung she called vet and handled it, she let us know after everything was ok and what the vet recommended. Anna left the house neat and clean. We will definitely have Anna back to watch Misty. Kathy
Our three pups give her a 5 star review. She stayed with the dogs for 3 nights. Anne was very responsive when we wanted to communicate with her. Highly recommend.
Anne was great! She was a very fast communicator and very thorough in asking questions about our pets' needs. She sent lots of pictures of the cats and gave us regular updates on how they were doing. We'd definitely love to have her check in on our pets again.

I would prefer a meet & greet before services if at all possible, or a phone or video call if we are unable to meet. I want to be sure that you have a chance to share information about your dog or cat's needs so that I can be sure to meet those expectations and ensure both you and your pet are happy - the more I know about your pet, the more I can make them comfortable!
A typical day
Dogs: I love being active and if that's what your pet needs, we will happily go on long walks or runs in their favorite places. We'll also be sure to play with your pet's favorite toys, either inside or outside, to get out that doggy energy. A visit wouldn't be complete without some chill time and snuggles if that is what your pet enjoys. I'll be sure to spoil your dog(s) with lots of love, attention, and yummy treats if allowed. Cats: I'm self-professed cat lady and enjoy all things cat. I'm familiar with cat behavior and needs. We'll certainly be sure that the litter box is clean and fresh food and water are available. Definitely will have to entertain your cat with playtime and lots of loving if that is what your cat prefers. Or, maybe your cat simply wants me to sit and be still with them and enjoy my company from a distance. I'll be sure to spoil your cat(s) with love, attention, and yummy treats if allowed. You can expect that whatever unique needs your pet has, I'm happy to accommodate and work to make them feel comfortable and loved while you are out.
