Pet care experience
I love animals. I grew up with a German Shepard and horses and ponies. We had a Black Lab when my Children were school age whom we adored. I have had large dogs including Rottweilers, Black Lab, Shepard's, and Huskies and taken care of small dogs too including poodles and dachshund's. My neighbors have Two Golden Retrievers whom I spend time with and visit me daily. I have a large yard and I love to play with the dogs and walk dogs. I have a medical background with humans and I am a stickler about safety. I once took care of a cat that needed antibiotics through a tube in his leg. I can safely give medicines to pets.

I can’t thank Anne enough for the wonderful care she provided for Maisy. As a first time pet parent, Anne eased my anxiety about leaving my puppy. She gave lots of daily updates & pictures/videos that made me smile. She went out of her way to provide exercise and entertainment for Maisy, including a 3 mile walk!! I plan to use Anne’s services in the future and would recommend her to anyone.
Anne was absolutely AMAZING with our pup Lyla!! She took care of her as if she was her own and went the extra mile to make sure Lyla was happy and comfortable. We got wonderful updates and photos. Looking forward to working with Anne again!

Diversity Rules at the Canine Crash Pad. I like all dogs and their humans. It is helpful to have the crate available if your dog is used to the crate. I like to learn about your dogs personality traits and behaviors to be able to take the best care of them.
A typical day
I like to take long walks. Bring toys, leash, treats and dog bed so your pet has his/her creature comforts-I love to play fetch with ball, frisbee, and play tug. Typical day-I am an early riser. Coffee and breakfast after your pet goes potty. Play in the yard or walk twice a day. Relax inside in the afternoons and evenings. I am a homebody.

I currently work 4 days per week at a large hospital system in southeastern Michigan. I am available Friday evening through Monday Evening. Perfect for caring for your pup during that weekend get away.
