I met and have known Anne since 2004. At that time she had two Guinea pigs which she loved dearly. Her love for animals was immediately obvious by the large castle size cage she had built for her Guinea pigs! Anne would care for them by giving them baths, trimming their nails, and even bringing them outside for fresh air walks in the grass! Even her husband was so gracious as to happily help change the bedding in this massive cage weekly! You can tell they are a great team. Anne's Guinea pigs dined on the finest of fresh lettuce and carrots she purchased weekly at the grocery store. She eventually even adopted two more to rescue them from the animal humane society! Anne would share often about her childhood family dog, and around 2006 she rescued a dog, from Minnesota Homeward Bound, named Cash! He was all black with s small white spot on his chest, suspecting he was named after Johnny Cash. Cash was treated like a king as well, getting daily walks and/or bike rides at Rum River Central Park in Ramsey! Anne is responsible, loves being outside, and cares for people and animals dearly.
