Experienced, kind, loves to romp!
Pet care experience
I've had my own dogs for 10+ years (plus rabbits, birds, and guinea pigs). They've all been rescues and have had various behaviors and with time and patience they have learned a new way :) They've had medical issues (congestive heart failure, kidney failure, hearing/vision loss, etc) and I've been diligent in their healthcare. I've also hosted numerous dogs in my home for friends and relatives, and local people in my community. All dogs are loved and welcomed into the pack with enthusiasm!
Reviews
AnnaRose is truly caring and loving to my dog. Beni feels very at home with her.
AnnaRose was absolutely great. My dog looked immensely happy with her. She clearly loves animals. She took my dog on walks with a long lead very often. She sent pictures of my dog very often as well. Would rebook! Additionally, I forgot some things of my dog’s in her house and she brought them to me. Super sweet. Thanks AnnaRose!
This was our first Rover experience and it was all we hoped it would be. AnnaRose welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable that the dogs would be well cared for. The pictures and videos we received throughout the stay added to our comfort level.
AnnaRose watched my dog Moose for a long weekend and she was great! She was extremely kind and communicative. I’d highly recommend her for all of your pet sitting needs!

I have a large backyard (unfenced). The house is open to dogs (furniture, bed, etc) and we go on daily walks in Hubbard Park (my dogs are unleashed). I have three birds so if your dog has a high prey drive it could be an issue (some dogs can fixate on the large cage!).

Information AnnaRose J. would like to know about your pet
Do they have any medication/diet needs? Where do they prefer to sleep? Do they need any support around food, transitions, etc? Do they prefer to be close to their person at all times or do they need space? Are they okay walking in the woods off-leash? Is there anything else I need to know?
A typical day
My dogs have taken tricks and agility classes and we like to keep up with what they learned. I have a tunnel, posts, etc, for fun agility time in the backyard. We go for lots of walks in the woods and also some walks in the neighborhood. When I'm home relaxing we spend a lot of time snuggling (although one of my dogs prefers to take his space in one of many designated quiet spots around the house - a covered crate, beds tucked into corners, etc.

I work from home and have a lot of flexibility to my schedule. My dogs are all older and I'm available to them and any other dogs in my home to let them outside, take walks, and give medications and love!
