"We don't deserve them." Dogs have been my world from day one. I was raised on farms and ranches in Wyoming and have passionately loved dogs since I can remember. My childhood labrador retriever, Sid, essentially helped raise me and was the first dog I ever loved. My childhood books were dog training manuals, my stuffed animals were all dogs, and my birthday party each and every year was Scooby-Doo-themed. To this day I take better care of my rescue dog, Junior, than I do myself. The connection we have with these beautiful creatures is something I thank the universe for each and every day. If the dogs are happy then I am happy. Daily exercise, the highest quality dog food, endless treats, and constant lovins, snuggles, and kisses are what every dog deserves and needs. I have fostered dogs and worked with local shelters to promote adoptions and educating on the importance of spaying and neutering. I have jumped in raging rivers to save dogs, emptied my savings account for emergency vet visits, and am trained and very experienced in preventing, predicting, and stopping dog fights. Extreme measures need to be taken at times to ensure the safety of dogs and I am not afraid to do whatever it takes. Nothing hurts more than seeing an animal suffer. Dogs seem to like me better than most humans. Trust me, a dog in my care is one happy dog.
