Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets of all sizes and ages. I now have 2 dogs and a cat of my own. I have 2 years experience working at an animal shelter, and for about the last 7 years my friends and neighbors have relied on me to pet sit or dog walk! I’m very good at reading an animals body language, and can tell what they are happy with/not happy with. I want to always respect their boundaries and make everyone happy.

Took very good care of my babies while I was away for a week and a half. Sent daily pictures and let me know when anything was needed. Very communicative and enjoyed having her look after them :)

****IMPORTANT!!! When it comes to house sitting, I do have other daily clients and also a part time job. I will be coming and going throughout the day. I would never leave your pets for longer than 2-4 hours each time and of course I will stay the night (unless you prefer me not too.) If you’re just wanting me to pop in and out a couple times a day for 30 min-1 hr instead of coming and going, please schedule it as drop in visits and not house sitting. Please understand before booking! My #1 priority is ensuring the satisfaction of pets and pet parents.

A typical day
I love to make sure your pup is happy, and stimulated mentally and physically. They will receive attention, walks, and playtime. If they are more of a couch potato, they will get snuggle time! The best way to provide mental stimulation to a dog is letting them sniff sniff and sniff on a walk! Let me know if there is any parks within walking distance of your house, if your dog likes to play, or can do any tricks!

I currently have a flexible schedule working part time and also doing Rover. I’m usually most available in the mornings before 3, or after 6. I’m flexible and most of the time can make anything work, if not, I will communicate with you far enough in advance.
