Pet care experience
I have always loved pets, and I grew up with English bulldogs, rabbits, cats, and fish. Over the past 7 years, I’ve fostered and trained 11 service dogs in training, including 8 who have graduated from advanced training and went on to become service dogs for children with disabilities and veterans. I have learned lots of tips and tricks to help my friends and family train their own pets, and I now have an adorable corgi of my own. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, as well as cats! I love going for long walks and playing games with pups. I am happy to adapt to any pet’s personality and needs.

Grace walked my pit-mix while I was out of town, during the most stressful week of the year for him, because of storms and fireworks. He is also somewhat dog reactive on leash. She did an amazing job and had no issues keeping him calm on walks with hot dogs. She sent tons of photos and videos and included solid summaries of every walk, which really put me at ease. Thank you!
Anna was great with Flash and we got pictures multiple times a day. Flash also bonded well her her dog Eugene. Besties!

I have a well-behaved pup who loves other dogs and would be happy to play with your pup and keep them entertained, but I am also happy to give your pet 1:1 attention! I am trustworthy and will always respect your pet and your home. In my house, there are two roommates who can also give your pet all the love! My dog is crate-trained, but he also has the option to sleep in bed with my roommate or I if he chooses, so your pets would be welcome on all of the furniture as well. I am happy to provide walks and take dogs on fun social outings during their stay as well.

I like to know the age, breed, gender. Also I find it helpful to know the dog’s level of activity, typical schedule, likes/dislikes/fears, as well as their favorite toys, games, etc.
A typical day
I love hanging out with all kinds of animals! We love to take walks, watch movies and snuggle on the couch, head to the park and more! Eugene loves lots of the local restaurant patios and I’d be happy to take your pup on long walks or on outings, too! There is a huge fenced-in play area just a minute walk from my home, so providing exercise for high-energy pups is super convenient.

Availability
As I work in the service industry, my shifts are mostly during the evening hours. As such, I have my daytime hours totally free, and my schedule is very flexible. I also live with my roommate, Anudari, who is also a Rover-approved sitter, and my boyfriend, Justin, who are home during the evening hours. We are all animal lovers and love sharing our home with furry friends! Having a pup of my own, pet care is always a priority in my day-to-day schedule.
