While I’ve never been able to have my own dog, I’ve always sought out ways I can be around them. In high school I worked with a local shelter fostering puppies in my own home for weeks to months at a time. This means I am more than capable of cleaning up any mess your pup can stir up. I can also help with potty training, socialization, and basic commands. My last year of college I volunteered at a shelter for dogs with rough pasts. It was here I got a lot of experience caring for adult dogs. I shadowed one of their experienced volunteers and learned a lot about dog behavior and supplemented that with my own research. I know how to handle an excited pit bull, a grumpy chow, or even a skittish chihuahua. I love dogs and I am ready to make some tails wag! If you’re in need of a cat sitter, I grew up with them! So I am more than prepared to butter up those whiskers!
