I have been a dog, cat and really an-around animal lover since I can remember. Our family includes one 4-year-old "bassador" (basset hound/black lab mix) and two 3-year-old cats that we love to dote on. I'd love to dote on your furry family members, too! I am fairly knowledgeable on dog behavior as I have had to work with my dog on several behavioral issues. I'm willing to reinforce any training you have been working on with your pup during our walks or my in-home visits. I'm also very comfortable administering oral medications and am willing and able to follow any special care instructions that your companion may require. When taking your pooch for a walk, I'll always make sure we discuss a route that you feel most comfortable with. I know how special our pets are and that we don't want to leave them in the care of just anyone-I'm willing to answer any questions you have about my pet-care style before you book services with me. A little bit on why I'm getting into Rover: I got into Rover because I'm looking to make more friends of the 4-legged variety. I love getting to know animals with all of their interesting personalities and funny quirks. My love for animals runs in the family; my aunt is a veterinarian, my grandfather was known for his love of rescuing stray animals, and I can't name a single relative that doesn't have a pet to complete their family. It's safe to say animal-loving runs in my blood!
