Hi there! I definitely am an animal lover - I absolutely adore animals and I love spending time with them and making them happy. I have lots of experience with small animals, cat care, and dog walking for 15+ years. I've helped out several of my neighbors, friends, and family members with pet care (including all different breeds, temperaments, sizes, and ages of dogs). My sister who is a Veterinarian, adopted a Saint Bernard several years ago so whenever my sister was back in town, I helped take care of her dog. This sweet dog was previously abused, so with months of patient training and unconditional love, we helped change her life. I also have owned many small pets throughout my life (gerbils, hedgehog), and I currently have 2 adorable, spoiled bunnies that are best friends and have a huge space to play all day! I also have donated and volunteered at local animal shelters that provide care to dogs, cats, and rabbits. Currently, I am a nurse during the afternoon/evening hours during the week, but would love to help out with dog walks or drop-in visits while I'm off work on the weekends (i don't do overnight stays or boarding).
