Pet care experience
I have 4 years of experience in pet sitting, house sitting, and caring for animals. In this time I have learned how to handle dogs with high anxiety, aggression, and medical difficulties! I have done everything from administering shots and medications to elderly special needs dogs, to working on potty training with puppies. In addition to working with dogs and cats, I have experience caring for farm animals from chickens to horses and would be open to learning how to care for any other animals you may have if necessary. I will be happy to provide references at request. While I currently don’t have a yard due to living in a 2 story townhome, I’m very active and go on walks between 4 and 5 times a day and would love to have a furry friend join me! I also live in close proximity to a number of parks. If you are inquiring about house sitting or daily drop ins for your pet, I have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule which would allow me to spend ample time with your animals. I love dogs and cats (big and small) and while I don’t have one of my own at the moment, I would be absolutely overjoyed to spend time with yours. I left my Goldendoodle Abby, in Anna's care for a week in March 2020 while I was out of town. She did a super job sending me daily reports and photos. Anna took her for daily park outings and even bought shampoo to wash her when Abby got muddy. If you're looking for someone that is exceptionally conscientious to watch your pet, Anna should be your first call!
Anna was an excellent caregiver for my puppy.
Anna dog-sat for my two pups who have severe allergies and did a wonderful job caring for them with their many accommodations. I also appreciated the regular photos she sent of my fur babies throughout the week! It's been hard to hold down a sitter who is able to cook them their meals and apply their medication bi-hourly, and Anna did a good job of keeping them healthy and happy (and easing this dog-mom's worries!) I recommend her services.
Anna has dog sat for our English Mastiff, who is quite the scaredy cat, on multiple occasions. We are often anxious about our dog and check in many times when we are away, but with Anna, we rarely call because she puts our dog at ease. Anna is why we can truly enjoy our family vacations. Hire her! She's the best... kind, compassionate, and loving.
