It would be important to know how well your pet handles new things. I know for my nervous nelly, change can be stressful so I would like to keep things as normal as possible.

A typical day for me and my pups (when I'm off from work) usually begins with a game of fetch or tug-of-war in the backyard. We spend most of the day relaxing with some potty breaks outside. Later in the afternoon I like to do some mental enrichment with doggy puzzles, sniff games, or kongs! My dogs also always get late night zoomies, so you can sometimes find us out in the yard running around before bedtime. If I'm working, I make sure they have plenty of time in the yard before I leave around 9. I sometimes stop home for lunch, but my partner gets home at 3, so they are never alone for too long either way. When I get home at 5, we either go for a walk or play a game of fetch. I like to give each dog some individual time/attention.
