Fully insured and DBS checked. I'm an experienced pet sitter, dog walker and a massive animal lover, looking to extend my surrogate furry family! Having grown up around dogs, I know what a special place they hold in the family home and I really enjoy getting to know their different personalities, favourite games, little quirks and making them feel as comfortable and at home as possible. I've had more than two years professional experience of dog and pet sitting I have loved and looked after a range of different pups from elderly Jack Russell's, lively puppies, goofy spaniels and cuddly labradors. My dog sitting style is pretty relaxed but firm. If there are any commands or ongoing training you'd like me to continue with, then just let me know 🙂

Anna looked after my tour cavaliers for the weekend . As I’ve been a dog walker / sitter for fifteen years I’m very fussy . Anna arrived at the time we arranged so we could discuss my oldest dogs medical needs . She was brilliant sending me photos of the dogs while out on their walks or their favourite thing chilling at home . I highly recommend Anna and will definitely book again . Anna looked after our elderly dog for 3 weeks. She kept in touch with updates throughout. We were very happy with the care she provided and our dog was very chilled when we returned. We would highly recommend Anna.

A typical day
I love that there's not really such a thing as a typical day with this job and it depends on the individual dog, their energy level and favourite games! Exeter quay is one of my favourite places to take dogs, as there's plenty of space to run around, paddle and explore and socialise with other dogs. I love playing fetch with them (sometimes more than they do!) and playing treasure hunt with some doggy treats. Also if they are comfortable in the car, it would be great to go further afield for an afternoon at the beach or Dartmoor.

Availability
I am available for house sitting/dog walking during the week, however I work as a youth mentor from 9.30-2.30 Tues,Weds,Thurs term time only so longer term bookings would work best for pets who are comfortable being left for a few hours while I'm at work, or who have someone to take them out while I'm away. I am also free for longer term sits over the school holidays, and long weekends (Friday-Monday) all year round.
