Animal-Loving Nurse

Pet care experience

I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10 years old. I would go to the local shelters and pet stores and spend my time loving on them or walking them. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk and feed their fur babies. I have had two labs of my own since I was 6 years old. I have a deep connection to animals and would love to help you out!

I recommend Anna to watch your pet over anyone! She is great. She has watched my 1-year-old GSP countless times and always goes above and beyond for him. He’s a lot to handle but she always did does a great job and is so loving. As stressful as it is leaving your pet, I am never worried with him in her care!

Safety, trust & environment

We have a small fenced in yard in the back, but I live directly next to the River Walk and the Dog Park so I would be taking them on long where down the river as well as throwing the ball at the park. I am very familiar with having to exercise my own dogs who are no longer with us. I love staying active and having a fur friend as company to do so!

Information Anna P. would like to know about your pet

Their daily routine, if they get along with other dogs, if unfamiliar people stress them out, etc. Anything that I should be looking out for or that you— as their caretaker think I should know about.

A typical day

I think routine is very important for dogs, so I would ask you for information on what their typical day looks like. I would feed them around 7-8am and take them out to pee. Around 11am I enjoy taking dogs on long walks or putting them in my car and taking them to the creek if they enjoy swimming. I think 4 walks a day is crucial and sprinkles of potty breaks in between. I would feed them around 6pm and go for another walk. I would also make sure their bladder is empty before I go to bed around 11pm!
