Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Anna! I've been around animals, both cats and dogs, my entire life. I grew up with 3 cats and a Weimaraner who I loved very dearly. I currently have 3 cats and miss the love and energy that a dog brings to the family. In my early teens, I had a dog walking service with my sister for about 2 years for people in my neighborhood. I also have experience training a rambunctious German Shepherd puppy, so I have knowledge of basic training skills and dogs with high energy. Additionally, I've completed 40 hours of veterinary volunteer hours. Although I'm not certified, I have learned how to give CPR to cats and dogs, recognize illness, administer medicine, and know the do's and don'ts of animal care. I'm very passionate about the welfare of animals and would love to help out people in the area ensure their pet(s) receives all the attention they deserve!

A typical day
With permission from the owner, I love to take my client’s dogs to local dog parks as part of our walk to get all that energy out! In general, it’s super important to me to make sure my client's pets are getting the most energy out and exercise they can during our time together, within their limit, either through playing or walking.

Availability
I work from home and am enrolled in online classes so my schedule is very flexible! I currently have 5 reoccurring clients that book my schedule from 10am-1:30pm Tues-Fri. Monday’s are easier to schedule because I only see two of my reoccurring clients from 11am-12:30pm. Overall, I’m available from 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and will accept a weekend booking if I’m able to. My Rover calender is the best place to see my availability for weekends.
