Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Anna, I've just moved to the Bishop Arts district and live with my husband Aldmar, a software engineer who works from home, and our cat Bea. Whether meeting a new walking client or hosting repeat boarders, I love to gush over every pet and make you - the parent - feel confident about their care. We believe every companion animal deserves a top-notch existence because they bring so much to the lives of their parents and caretakers. We have both lived alongside companion and emotional support animals our entire lives and I have been volunteering with my local shelters for over a decade, providing direct care and advocacy. I am currently seeking remote work so my walking and drop-in schedule is flexible and we are able to adapt to most dog's needs and assure every boarder gets the attention they require to have a happy and healthy vacation while you're away. Plus they'll get a full-on dose of my immense, undying affection. I can't wait to provide your furry friend (and you!) with the best experience possible.

Amazing Anna! I'm only echoing what everyone else is saying but we are so appreciative of your help! Anna is so thoughtful and understanding to our a bit shy and awkward pup and went above and beyond for him when the unexpected happened.. Anna was communicative and took great care. Cookie came home happy, healthy and clean! It is through Anna we also learn that our Cookie is good with cats so that opens up future possibilities. Thank you Anna! I hope that you would welcome Cookie back in the future. Will definitely book with Anna again.
Anna did such a great job with my Sophie! She’s a pretty shy dog and we’re both nervous about leaving her with new people, but she clearly loved staying at the farm and warmed to Anna quickly. I received frequent messages and photos from Anna and was really glad Sophie was able to spend so much time outside. Will definitely board with Anna again!
Anna and Aldmar took great care of our dog while we were out of town. We appreciated the daily updates and photos.
Wow! What can I say Anna was amazing. My schedule is so hectic & all over the place and Anna was extremely flexible and understanding. She kept my child safe and sent me pictures and updates everyday I’m so happy I decided to go with Anna & I will definitely be hiring her again. Service couldn’t have been any better.

I feel the meet and greet is so important for most services! During this time you can share your pet's needs and routines and we can assess if we are a good match. During your booking, you can rely on regular responsiveness from me and photos of your bb. Our cat, Bea, is older and quite unbothered by most dogs but we are selective with new boarding clients and longer stays. Please note that we live on the second floor so dogs with mobility concerns may not be best suited for us!

Information Anna N. would like to know about your pet
I require basic info such as: -Name, breed/size & weight, age, a recent picture -Energy level and exercise needs -Food & treat routine -Medication regimen (if applicable) -Training level and routine (if applicable) -Sleep routine (for example, does your dog sleep in their bed, their crate, the couch?) -Bathroom indications -Crate habits (if applicable) -Vet info In addition, I'd love to hear a bit about your pet's personality, quirks, and favorite things. *Most importantly* please let me know if your pet has stress or anxiety issues, aggressive tendencies, or any health problems.
A typical day
My first priority will be getting to know your pet! Their exercise needs, energy level, and personality traits will determine our ideal activities! When walking, I always prioritize safety - sticking to sidewalks, parks, etc. I have loved discovering all the parks close by or just sticking to neighborhood streets for shorter walks. I am open to taking dogs with experience to dog parks for frisbee or fetch, but like to be more familiar with them first. For boarders, in addition to walks, we have a shared backyard for some off-leash fetch action. After all that exertion, your pup can curl up with us while we WFH or watch TV. Of course, your pet will always have access to fresh water, and we will serve their food and treats (and medication) as per your existing routine.
