Is there negative star??? Anna and I chatted a bit before I decided to drop my three years old golden doodle, yogi, off at Anna’s house. Since I had a flight out of Miami Airport at 8 am, I decided to dropped Yogi off at 8:30 pm. I like that she was in fort Lauderdale, 20-30 mins from my house. I like that Anna had other dogs and one cat so that Yogi will not be lonely. Yogi gets along very well with other cats, dogs, children... At 1 am Anna message me to come and get yogi because he was not getting along with her cat. I understand some times animals do not get along but it's how Anna handled the situation. She was threatening me that if I don't come to get my dog, he will get hurt. Also, she blamed that my dog doesn't get along with other cats, I then sent a her picture of yogi cuddling another cat. Then she turned the story around saying yogi was having separation anxiety. I had no choice but to come rushing to pick up my dog at 1 am and ps. I still have to drive to the airport in five hours. Now I have NO ONE to send yogi to! What's worst was she tried to charge me for the full day, cancellation fee, and blamed it on Rover’s policy. She also kept Yogi’s favorite toy. I felt like this is a scam! I was under SO much stress trying to get a last-minute dog sitter and my money back! I do not wish this on my worst enemy. DO NOT USE ANNA!!!!!

Anna not only took amazing care of my baby boy knucklehead she was also looking after my bearded dragons. I cannot thank her enough for the peace if mind she brought me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
