Anna was great! This was our first time using rover, and really our first time leaving our dog with anyone that wasn't a family member, so we were very skittish about the whole thing. Anna went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, meeting up with us prior to the stay, this made us so much more confident. We had a lot of issues getting some things delivered to her place even prior to Chance's stay(no fault of hers) and Anna was amazing about understanding and being very responsive to all the constant text and updates from us. Anna went above and beyond with watching Chance, and made sure he got lots of activity (walks, park, etc). She gave us plenty of updates, pictures and interaction with our little guy, which was very much needed as we had never been away from him for more than a few days, let alone a whole week. I highly recommend Anna for your pet sitting needs, we would definitely use her again in a second.

Anna was so great and took such good care of my dog Tyson while I was away. She was very responsive and sent pictures & daily updates. I felt completely comfortable leaving Tyson with her. I knew he was in good hands and will definitely try to book Anna again!
