I am located in NYC for the long term and commit to building a bond with you and your fur family for the long term. I've spent my entire life living among many types of furry friends! Here in NYC, I have over 5 years of professional walking and sitting experience. I trained with a professional walker on the Upper West Side and have experience with large and small breeds. I frequently walk Pitbulls and feel comfortable with all breeds. I have experience with reactive and special needs animals. Some of my clients breeds include; Frenchies Shiba Inu. Lab mix. Pitbull. Anna saved me yet again- came in on short notice to take care of our little puppy. She took great care of her, is a good communicator and I never worry about anything when she is around. Perfecto.

Anna has looked over my cat and dog on many occasions. She was reliable, attentive and it was obvious she had a real love of animals. Both of my pets really took to her and my wife and I put her on the top of the list whenever we need a petsitter. Cannot recommend enough!

I have a camera I can set up for you so you can periodically check in on your pet if you choose to leave them at my apartment. I prefer to sit pets in their homes whenever possible because I feel that provides the most optimum comfort for the animal but I am open to keeping pets at my place if it's possible. I have 2 cats of my own and two guinea pigs. Your pet will have access to three large rooms in my apartment! It is a walk-up building and I live on the 5th floor but I am close to many wonderful parks.

I would like to know their history, any dietary restrictions or behavioral issues, their commands and how trained they are, what their schedule typically is, and if they communicate needs a certain way. I also always ask about triggers like bikes, scooters etc.. I also need to know their comfort level with other dogs, people and children.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on long and leisurely walks. I adore exploring as many nearby parks as possible. I often let the dog take the lead and see where they like to go. At home, I like to stimulate them as much as possible! I love to play chase, tug-a-war (if permitted by the owner, ball, and as many other enticing games as I can come up with! I have purchased toys for the pets I sit before and love to surprise them with new quality toys! I also love using stimulating toys like kongs. I often spend a good amount of time playing with the cats I sit! I love playing string games and with balls.

Availability
I currently work from home most days. My schedule is very open so I can dedicate as much time as needed to your pet! Depending on your needs and how much time I'm given I can devote my entire day to your pet. I base my schedule around the animals I care for and with the exception of 9 hours a week when I am in class remotely I am otherwise available.
