Pet care experience
I have over 5 years of experience working in pet valu stores, including time in management. In my time at these stores I learned many different things regarding pet health, nutrition and safety. I cared for cats as well as many small animals of all different kinds both at work & in my personal life. I have personal experience caring for leopard geckos, bearded dragons, cornsnakes and kingsnakes, lots of different rodents and small animals including rabbits. I currently have a 60lb rhodesian ridgeback cross, a cat and 2 bearded dragons.

I understand the importance of privacy and how nerve wracking it can be to share your home with a sitter. Your pet(s) will have my attention 24/7 and will never be left unattended outside of your instruction. I am happy to provide as many updates and photos as you’d like for your confidence and will always be available for communication!

Any behaviour issues, health concerns, allergies and special instructions are important for me to know to keep myself as well as your pet safe! For example, if your pet doesn’t like to be pet in certain spots, or they have sore hips, like to nip when excited, etc.
A typical day
I love to hike & go for long walks and am never opposed to having a furry friend to accompany me. I play fetch, do training (with permission/instruction), puzzles, and will spend endless hours playing with your pets and their favourite toys. I’m happy to teach your pet some fun and useful tricks as well!
